The American Lung Association in Hawaii (ALAH) and the Hawaii Thoracic Society have negotiated a special guestroom rate of $209/night (or $239/night with ocean view) + tax for 10th Annual Symposium attendees at the Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas, which is about 2 miles north of the symposium venue.  There are a limited number of rooms available at this rate, though, so make your reservations early (negotiated room rate expires at noon HST on January 25, 2010).

The American Lung Association of Hawaii and the Hawaii Thoracic Society are presenting their 10th Annual Symposium entitled Current Concepts in Pulmonary and Critical Care. The material is presented in a 4-day symposium format with didactic lectures and question-and-answer sessions.
 
The program is designed to cover a broad spectrum of clinical pulmonary and critical care topics. Participants are to understand the principles of diagnosis and treatment of common and unusual conditions for which recent new management strategies are available. The Symposium is designed to meet education needs of physicians and allied health professionals in pulmonary and critical care medicine, thoracic surgery, allergy, infectious diseases, family practice, and internal medicine.
